Yes. Crypto payments on PLAYX are processed through secure, verifiable on-chain transactions. The payment address is generated uniquely for your order. Your gift card is only released after the payment has been confirmed on the blockchain, ensuring that funds have genuinely arrived before any code is delivered.

The payment currency depends on the method you choose. With cryptocurrency, you pay in the coin's native unit (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.). With Gate Pay, the price is quoted and settled according to your Gate account settings. Gift card denominations are listed in the card's native currency (USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, AED, etc.) and the checkout converts to your chosen payment currency at the current rate.

Delivery is instant. Your gift card code appears in My Orders as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method. There are no physical cards and no shipping delays.

All your purchased codes are stored in the My Orders section of your account. Log in, navigate to My Orders, and you will see your order history with the corresponding gift card codes and any redemption instructions.

Gift card denominations are available in many currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, AED, TRY, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, MXN, and more. The available currencies depend on the brand. When you open a brand page, the country and currency options are shown so you can select the one that matches your account or region.

Generally, no. Gift cards are region-locked by the publisher — for example, a PlayStation Network card for the United States can only be redeemed on a US PSN account. Always make sure you are purchasing the correct regional card for your account. Check the brand's official website for redemption requirements before purchasing.

If you receive an invalid or non-working code, contact PLAYX support immediately. Provide your order number and details of the issue. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Do not discard the code or attempt multiple redemptions before contacting us.
